User Data Deletion Instructions:
This document serves as a guide for users who wish to delete the data we collect in our systems, in accordance to the app’s Data Safety section in Google Play store, and pursuant to our Privacy Notice. Your privacy is important to us, and we are committed to providing you with control over your personal information.
Delete My Data
To exercise your right of deletion, please visit the Privacy Rights tab in any of our apps, which provides an automated deletion method of your data and game progress, by following the instruction below:
- Navigate to your app’s main screen
- Tap the gear icon (⚙) on the top right or the More (...) on the bottom right.
- Tap Privacy Rights.
- Tap Delete My Data. Confirm twice.
Alternatively, you can reach out to us through (i) the support feature in our apps by going to your app’s main screen, clicking on the Gear Icon, selecting help or support, and then initiating a conversation by clicking the Start Conversation button or (ii) via email at [email protected]. However, please note that we might redirect you to use the in-app Privacy Rights section. All requests are free of charge and will be promptly addressed, typically within one month.
The data stated in the Data Safety section of your app are handled and processed in accordance with our Privacy Notice. However, in certain cases we retain your personal data for as long as necessary to comply with any legal or contractual obligations, to exercise our legal rights and generally to pursue our legitimate interests.
Delete my Data and Delete Google Play Games account & data
Some of our Services provide the option to sync and back-up your progress across different devices when you log-in through Google Play Games Services. The sync and back-up option is not activated automatically, but requires explicit authorization by you. Please note that the Google Play Games Services is governed by Google’s own privacy policies, terms and end-user agreements and we are not responsible for and have no control over the sharing practices or policies of Google. Further, when you disable the back-up feature, certain information might remain on your device(s) or Google’s network. For such cases, please follow the instructions below.
- Open the app and tap the gear icon (⚙) on the top right.
- Sign in, if not already, using your Google Play Games account.
- Tap Privacy Rights > Delete My Data. Confirm twice.
- Close the app and open Play Games.
- Tap the three dots on the top right > Settings.
- Under Your data, tap Change account for games. For the game, tap Change > Sign out.
- Tap the arrow on the top left to return to Settings.
- Tap Delete Play Games account & data.
- Under Delete individual game data, select the game > Delete > Permanently Delete.
