Legal Specialist

Our Polish entity operates as part of an international Group, working in close cooperation with the Group’s legal and management teams. We value clear processes, collaborative work, and a professional environment where people support each other and contribute to shared results. We are looking for a Legal Specialist to join our team and strengthen the day-to-day legal support of our Polish operations.

Responsibilities:
- Support the Company in day-to-day legal tasks;
- Draft, review and keep up-to-date standard legal documents (e.g. NDAs, service agreements, vendor contracts) in line with Group templates and internal policies;
- Support the contract lifecycle process and ensure proper documentation flow in accordance with internal procedures;
- Assist in routine corporate housekeeping matters of the Polish entity (resolutions, powers of attorney, maintaining corporate records, filings);
- Support HR and Finance teams with routine legal documentation within the assigned scope;
- Monitor changes in Polish law relevant to the Company’s operations and inform relevant stakeholders where appropriate;
- Assist with routine intellectual property documentation, including matters related to copyrights and IP transfer clauses.

Requirements:
- 2–3+ years of professional experience in a law firm or in-house legal role;
- Practical knowledge of Polish corporate, employment and intellectual property law;
- Experience drafting and reviewing commercial agreements;
- Strong command of English (written and spoken);
- Structured, detail-oriented and practical approach to legal work;
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, international environment.

Will Be a Plus:
- Russian language proficiency;
- Experience in an international group of companies;
- Experience in IT or software development businesses;
- Exposure to cross-border legal matters.
